Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026.

Short version

Numora is free to use. The calculators are estimation tools, not a substitute for professional advice. We do our best to get the math right, but we make no warranties, and we're not liable for decisions made based on the output.

Use of the site

You may use Numora for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. Scraping the site, overwhelming it with automated traffic, or attempting to compromise it is not permitted.

Accuracy and disclaimers

The calculators are estimation tools. Financial, medical, legal, and engineering calculators in particular are simplifications of complex domains. Use them for planning and understanding — not for binding decisions. For YMYL (your-money-your-life) calculations, consult a qualified professional. The reviewer byline on each YMYL calculator tells you when a subject-matter reviewer last verified the formula; it is not a substitute for personal advice.

Intellectual property

The software, the design, and the editorial content on Numora are © 2026 Numora. Formulas themselves are public domain; our presentation of them is not. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. For bulk republishing, contact us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Numora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site — including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Changes

We'll revise these terms as the site evolves. Significant changes are summarized at the top with the revision date.
