Terms, in plain English
- You can embed any calculator on any site, including commercial and ad-supported ones.
- You can style the iframe's width, border, and placement however you like.
- You can't remove the “Powered by numora.” attribution or hide it with CSS.
- You can't modify the calculation logic (it's served from our domain).
- We can't guarantee uptime — but we run a high-availability stack and we've never had a material outage.

Questions
Do I need to sign up or get an API key?
No. Paste the iframe and you're done. No account, no key, no form.
Will the embed slow my page down?
Minimally. The iframe lazy-loads by default, the auto-resize helper is ~600 bytes gzipped, and the calculator renders its critical CSS inline. Lighthouse scores typically drop by 1–2 points.
Can I customize the colors to match my site?
Not yet. The cream/coral palette is part of the brand. If you need deeper customization (custom colors, white-label), email editors@numora.net — we're open to commercial licensing for high-volume partners.
Does the embed track my visitors?
No. We set no cookies, run no third-party scripts inside the iframe, and don't log IPs or user agents beyond standard webserver logs (retained 14 days).
What happens if I hide the attribution?
Please don't. The attribution is the entire business model — without it we can't offer the embeds for free. We rely on the honor system and spot-check periodically; sites that hide the mark may have their embeds disabled.
